Place the wings in the air fryer and cook at 200 for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. If you don't have an air fryer you can just deep fry them.
Prepare the blue cheese dip by combining all the ingredients and whisking well until a smooth consistency is achieved.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter, then add the rest of the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, then as soon as the wings are ready, add them to the sauce and toss to get them all coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
