Cook your broccoli for about 5 minutes, then place in cold water to stop the cooking. You don't want to cook them too long, they should still be crisp.
Add walnuts to a dry non-stick pan and toast. Remove and set aside, then do the same with the sesame seeds.
Place all of the dressing ingredients into a jug / mixing bowl and combine well.
Plate the broccoli, sprinkle with walnuts and sesame seeds, drizzle with the dressing and enjoy!
