Air Fryer Corn Riblets

Ingredients
  

  • 2 corn on cob
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp fine salt

To serve:

  • coriander
  • limes
  • chilli flakes

Instructions
 

  • Place the corn upright, then carefully cut in half, then into quarters.
  • Combine olive oil with the spices and mix well. Using a basting brush, apply the oil mixture to the corn pieces, then place in air fryer at 200 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Once cooked, place in a serving bowl, add a sprinkle of salt flakes, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, some coriander leaves and chilli flakes.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of choice and enjoy.
