Place the corn upright, then carefully cut in half, then into quarters.
Combine olive oil with the spices and mix well. Using a basting brush, apply the oil mixture to the corn pieces, then place in air fryer at 200 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once cooked, place in a serving bowl, add a sprinkle of salt flakes, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, some coriander leaves and chilli flakes.
