These make a delicious snack, would be a great addition to platters, and also work well as a side at a braai.
They’re delicious as is or can be enjoyed with your favourite dipping sauce.
Air Fryer Corn Riblets
Ingredients
- 2 corn on cob
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp fine salt
To serve:
- coriander
- limes
- chilli flakes
Instructions
- Place the corn upright, then carefully cut in half, then into quarters.
- Combine olive oil with the spices and mix well. Using a basting brush, apply the oil mixture to the corn pieces, then place in air fryer at 200 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, place in a serving bowl, add a sprinkle of salt flakes, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, some coriander leaves and chilli flakes.
- Serve with a dipping sauce of choice and enjoy.
