Port is usually associated with Winter (that’s when I drink it at least), but this summery, fresh cocktail makes use of white Port and it is just so delicious!
Porto Tónico
Ingredients
- 100 ml white port
- 200 ml tonic water
- lemon slices
- orange slices
- mint sprig
- ice
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice. Pour the port over the ice, then fill with the tonic.
- Garnish with fresh lemon and orange slices and a mint leave.
- Give it a light stir and enjoy.
